
Or laugh your ass off when cars wreck the same exact way in the same exact spot 6 times in free practice. You'll get an occasional wreck that looks semi realistic, but most of the time you're either gonna have a "what the.?" reaction. Especially when Mick Schumacher keeps apologizing for wrecking every freakin race. Actual communication between engineer and driver? Love it. Radio communication (albeit somewhat limited). Some teams will pass on an older, higher rated driver in favor of an up and coming talent that's lower rated, but will develop. Free agency isn't stale (at least for me). Driver models are beautiful, and the main menu screen does a good job at showing off the details.

Don't go into it expecting a fancy simulation, it's a bit rough around the edges in some places. Modders have been keeping it up to date with 2023 liveries (with a full 2023 mod in progress), and there's a good selection of fantasy liveries out there to spice the game up. Some people will crap all over the game because F1 fans can never be happy, but honestly it's pretty damn fun.
